We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, money orders, cashier¡¯s checks, and personal checks.
Please do not send cash.
Phone orders:
Please note that while we accept telephone orders every day, there may be a 24 hour order processing delay.
Mail orders:
Please include billing and shipping addresses, and your order number and the order total.
Send check or money order. All checks and money orders must be payable in U.S. funds, and must be drawn on a U.S. bank.
Orders will not be processed until checks are cleared.

To Cancel An Order:
Please note - telephone cancellation only. Email order cancellation is not accepted.

All cancellations must be received within 24 hours of placing your order.
Back Orders:
Products that are not available will be shipped as soon as possible.
There will be no additional shipping charge on back ordered items.
Returns:
In certain limited situations involving customer dissatisfaction or discomfort, a partial or full refund may be available. Please contact us by telephone to discuss the details of your situation, and possible return options.
Restocking Fee:
Partial order returns are subject to a restocking fee of $5.00.
Full order returns are subject to a restocking fee of $10.00.
Shipping and Handling:
Customer charges for shipping and handling for standard, 7 day, priority, rush, three-day, second-day, next-day, or other delivery timeframes is determined in accordance with current shipping rate(s) established by the shipping carrier or handling service company or agency that is selected for order processing.
Shipping and handling are subject to change at any time by the associated shipping carries or handling service companies or agencies.
Orders with an incorrect or undeliverable address are subject to a $10.00 correction fee.
Sales Tax:
Orders shipped to California addresses are subject to 9.75% sales tax.
